Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most popular role is Bo in Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk were the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director and is a drama teacher in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory of playing rehearsals together with her mother. Silk made several commercials while she was still a child. Her Bachelor of Arts was awarded by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two shows during the beginning of her career: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto for further development of her acting career in November 1999, and during the following decade relocated in the following decade to Los Angeles California. She met her new spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an acting workshop in Los Angeles in 2007. They got married in December 2009 in a civil wedding ceremony. In April of 2011, they renewed their vows in a Jewish wedding ceremony held in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk had an infant son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, 2016. Silk is a variety of roles on television, among them Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. The actress was nominated to win a Gemini Award in 2009 to play this character. The Canadian drama Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character in the succubus. Silk announced to the fans the good announcement that she became pregnant on the set of the final episode of season 3. The show was a pre-show exclusive for Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase at an exclusive Season Three show held January 6, 2013 before the series' premiere. Silk revealed via Twitter, on June 20, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. In June of 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for the Fourth season. CNN, Cable News Network as well as E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) together with Lauren the actress (Zoie) among their most favored television couple. Entertainment Television.
